This policy explains what information Consulnest collects, why, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Brandnest SRL, Corvinilor 5, Satu Mare, Satu Mare County, Romania, VAT ID RO50780530, which is responsible for your data.

What we collect

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, kept for security and troubleshooting and deleted after a limited period.
• Visit statistics: we count visits with a cookieless analytics service run by OttoWeb (analytics.ottoweb.ro). For each page view it receives the page address, the referring page and your screen size, plus the IP address and browser type that every web request carries; it sets no cookies. We use it only to see which pages are read. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no statistics are sent.
• Analytics cookies: we do not use analytics cookies. If we add a service that sets them, it will be listed here before it goes live.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address, the state you chose, the date and the IP address of your signup in our own database, and send emails through our delivery provider, NewsmanSMTP. Signup uses double opt-in, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all emails immediately.
• Contact emails: what you send us, used only to reply.

Advertising

The site does not show ads at the moment. When advertising is active, we will use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent message before any personalized advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We rely on legitimate interest for cookieless visit statistics and security logs, on consent for any analytics cookies and personalized ads, on your request (confirmed by double opt-in) for the newsletter.

Sharing and transfers

We share data only with the service providers named above to run the site: our hosting provider, OttoWeb for visit statistics, NewsmanSMTP for email delivery. Some are located outside your country; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
